Practical Experience. Proven Leadership. Real Results.

For more than three decades, I have worked alongside teachers, school leaders, transition teams, students, families, agencies, and communities to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

My career has included serving as a special education teacher, high school administrator, district Special Education Director, Colorado Department of Education transition consultant, consultant to schools and organizations, nonprofit founder, and podcast host.

Today, my work focuses on two areas where schools can create lasting change: strengthening leadership and building transition systems that prepare students for meaningful adult lives.
